Dotun is a qualified software developer and experienced coding tutor with a Master’s degree in Information Technology. He specialises in teaching Python — one of the world’s most popular programming languages, and helps students build the confidence to go from tech users to tech creators.

Dotun believes that learning to code today is ​“less about creating a generation of programmers and more about equipping them with a fundamental superpower for the 21^st century.” His calm, structured approach helps children turn big ideas into small, achievable steps, developing logical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills that go far beyond the screen.

One of his favourite projects is a ​“Choose Your Own Adventure” storytelling game, where students use Python to build interactive stories with real-world code. Parents love how it blends imagination with practical coding experience and children love that moment when they can proudly say, ​“I built this myself!”

When he’s not teaching, you’ll often find Dotun playing chess or video games — hobbies that mirror the skills he encourages in his students: strategy, patience, and perseverance.
