Meet Arath, a Minecraft & Python tutor with a great manner who wants to pass down his spirit of curiosity to students

Arath is a Computer Science graduate and experienced tutor with a calm, encouraging approach that helps children build confidence and curiosity through coding.
With 3 years of teaching experience, he began tutoring in Maths and English before moving into programming languages such as Python and Java, and he now brings his technical skills and creative flair to every MAMA.codes session.Arath believes that “learning code is crucial today because it’s a new language we need to see into this world.” Just as learning English helps us understand people, he explains, coding helps us understand the modern tools that shape our lives, from phones to computers and networks.
What Arath enjoys most about teaching is “passing down my learning and spirit of curiosity to the children I teach. My goal is to elaborate, explore, and encourage.” His sessions are filled with enthusiasm and practical challenges that spark imagination and build lasting problem-solving skills.
When he’s not teaching, Arath loves reading history and philosophy, exploring how ideas and technology shape the world around us.
